We send our products through GLS ITALY and ELITA srl., carrier companies that offer a service of excellence in shipment processing and delivery, all the more important when it comes to fragile and delicate materials.
PACKAGING
Our staff takes good care of your purchases.
We protect your shipments with bubble wrap, one of the cushioning packagings most widely used to protect fragile objects from damage.
Every single product is placed in a bag and then inserted into the Pluriball envelope.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once we receive your order, we prepare and ship your package within one working day.
The package is dispatched upon receipt of payment. This means that in case of PayPal payment the processing is immediate, whereas in case of bank transfer the package is dispatched upon receipt of the payment confirmation by our administrative department (2-3 working days are required).
Once a package is sent, the carrier delivers it in Italy within approximately 24/48h (weekdays). For islands and minor towns, delivery may be delayed by 1/2 days.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, the Seller is not responsible for any delays.
The customer will receive a tracking code to follow the shipping status.
SHIPPING FEES
The fee for shipments in Italy is 9 € per order.
INSURANCE
Every shipment includes a shipment insurance. In the event of breakage due to carrier carelessness, we will carry out a new shipment after accurate reporting by the customer. The customer, in any case, should accept the package as ‘subject to checking’ and notify the carrier immediately in case of breakage.
