DeRe intends to provide thorough information on the purposes and processing methods of the personal data.

 

2. Methods of personal data processing

The personal data (e.g. personal details, telephone number, e-mail, etc.) are processed on paper and/or digital storage media or with the help of computerised or automated tools in compliance with the minimum security measures, so as to ensure the integrity, security and confidentiality of the data.

 

3. Purposes of data processing

DeRe will process your personal data for the following purposes:

completion of contractual procedures; marketing, if the applicant so wishes; the personal data will be used primarily for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the fulfilment of the obligations set forth in the aforementioned points 1 and 2.

Your consent constitutes the legal basis for the processing pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 1), letter c) of GDPR.

 

4. Nature of data provision

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1) of art. 3 is mandatory. This processing is required for the execution of the contract that is to be concluded; should you refuse to provide the necessary data, DeRe will not be able process your personal data and, therefore, to establish the intended business relationship.

With reference to the purposes of data processing referred to in point 2) of art. 3, the consent to data processing is optional and may be given by ticking the corresponding box. Failure to consent will have no consequences on the possibility to carry out contractual formalities. Failure to consent will have only the following effects: DeRe will not be able to send commercial information and to disclose/transfer your personal data for marketing purposes.

In any case, even if you have authorised DeRe to fulfil the purposes set forth in point 2), you have the right to opt-out at any time, without any formality, by sending a clear message to that effect to the e-mail address: info@dere.it. Upon receipt of this opt-out request, DeRe will promptly remove and delete the data from the databases used for marketing purposes and will inform any third parties to which the data have been transferred for them to delete the data. The mere receipt of a deletion request will automatically be validated as a confirmation of deletion.

 

5. Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data

The personal data you provided for the purposes described may be brought to the attention of or communicated to the following subjects:

any third-party companies authorised by DeRe to execute his obligations and/or to implement the procedures related to the contract business or consequent thereto; all subjects (including public authorities) who have access to the data under legislative or administrative measures.
The personal data provided and processed in relation to the management of the service is not disclosed.

 

6. Period of data storage

Your personal data will be stored for the period defined by the applicable legislation, which is specified below

pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 2, letter a) GDPR:

the period provided by the applicable legislation;
ten years for documents and the related civil, accounting and tax data as provided by the applicable legislation;
two years for commercial communications.
7. Exercise of rights by the data subject

 

Pursuant to articles 13, paragraph 2, letters b) and d), 15, 18, 19 and 21 GDPR, the data subject has the right to:

obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him/her and communication in an intelligible form; obtain information about the origin of the personal data, on the purposes and methods of treatment, on the logic applied in case of treatment through electronic tools;
be granted access, amendment, limitation or integration of the data concerning him/her;
obtain the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of any data processed unlawfully, including the data whose storage is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or processed;
– certification that the activities mentioned above, including their content, have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data was communicated or disclosed, unless fulfilling this requirement proves impossible or implies the use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right;

obtain data portability;
object, in part or fully:
– for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data, even if relevant for collection purposes;

– to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purposes of commercial information or advertising

material as well as for market research purposes or commercial communications.

The above rights may be exercised through a request to the Data Controller, using the contact information found in art. 1.

We inform you specifically and separately, as provided for by art. 21 of the GDPR, that the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of his/her personal data for marketing purposes and that, if the data subject objects to the processing, his/her personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.

Furthermore as an affected natural person, he/she is entitled at any time to submit a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, following the procedures and indications published on the official website of the Authority www.garanteprivacy.it.
