customer acting as a consumer and therefore a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their professional activity has the right to terminate the purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
The termination period shall expire after 14 days from the day in which the buyer acquires physical possession of the goods.
The consumer may exercise the right of termination through an explicit written declaration to be sent:

to this end, the consumer should download the termination form, fill in all its parts and send it by one of the means mentioned above.
The date of dispatch or notification by the customer shall serve as proof of compliance with the termination deadline.

The right of termination may be exercised in connection to any product purchased on www.dere.it except:

Effects of termination
Following effective termination, all payments made to De Re Monica – one-man company (i.e. DeRe) shall be refunded to the customer, including delivery costs, without undue delay and under no circumstance later than 14 days from the day DeRe was informed of the intention to terminate this contract. These refunds shall be made through the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed. In any case, the customer will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. Please note that the refund will be suspended until the actual receipt of the goods by DeRe and until the perfect integrity of the returned product is ascertained.
If the consumer has received the contract goods and decides to exercise the right of termination, after the written consent by DeRe the goods may be returned to:

without unnecessary delay and not later than 14 days from the day the contract termination was notified to DeRe. The deadline shall be deemed met if the consumer returns the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
The product has to be returned in its original packaging. The essential integrity of the product to be returned is an essential requirement for exercising the right of termination. We do not accept the return of damaged goods. Only products in a normal state of conservation and/or kept with normal diligence will be accepted. Likewise, products damaged by detergents/additives/perfumes/lacquers/enamels and chemical products in general or damaged due to negligence will not be accepted.
The transport risks connected to the return shall be borne by the customer, as well as the expenses incurred to return the product related to the terminated contract. We advise the customers to use a traceable, insured shipment method with signed for delivery.
Furthermore, the customer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary for a diligent use.
