The ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) is an internet tool set up by the European Commission that enables consumers residing in the territory of the European Union to file their complaints and resolve out of court potential litigations and disputes in relation to contracts concluded online with companies based in the EU, for the purchase of services and/or goods.
